Asleep hours are paid at minimum wage ($11.41/hr), while awake hours are compensated at $18.50–24/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care, assisting individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence.
  • Create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment that ensures comfort and supports individuals in reaching their personal goals.
  • Mentor and guide individuals through supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help them achieve their aspirations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with team members.
