About the role
This is a technical lead role focused on verifying complex ASICs for next-generation high-speed optical communication products.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of detailed test plans and verification test benches
- Apply innovative verification techniques
- Supervise test execution
- Review verification coding and coverage metrics
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
- Collaborate on testing technologies and process improvements to ensure high-quality ASIC delivery in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in ASIC verification methodologies, SystemVerilog/UVM, C++, and scripting languages
- Experience with in-house IP, DSP algorithms, modulation techniques, formal verification tools, and lab validation is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills are essential
