About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding standards and practices.
- Participate in design sprints and user research sessions to inform product development.
- Document project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Skills
