ASIC Core DFT Technical Leader

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking an ASIC Core DFT Technical Leader to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive the definition and implementation of Design-for-Test strategies
• Lead cross-functional integration from design to post-silicon validation
• Establish scalable test logic and reusable code
• Oversee complex functional areas and define electrical specifications
• Enhance design quality, yield, and time-to-market for networking silicon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in JTAG protocols, Scan, and BIST architectures
• Experience with ATPG and EDA tools including TestMax and Tessent
• Prior verification using System Verilog
• Logic Equivalency checking

Pay

$214,100 – $309,800 annually
