Location: New York City, NY

Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos abatement activities to ensure full compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Perform air monitoring and determine final air clearance upon completion of abatement projects
• Perform a detailed final visual inspection for completeness of the abatement and conduct final air clearance
• Collect PCM and TEM air samples, maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation, daily logs, and participate in project oversight and result reporting
• Travel regularly within NYC (must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license)
• Drop off equipment to the office as needed
• Drop off samples to the laboratory as needed
• Download information to the office as needed
• Provide a timesheet on a timely basis and operate timekeeping app efficiently; timesheets submitted every other week for approval by Project Manager
