Responsibilities
- Conduct client development activities and work with our team to grow environmental planning services in the northeast (and beyond)
- Prepare proposals, including scope of work and fee, for existing and new clients
- Work with an existing environmental team to deliver work products and consulting solutions for clients
- Work proactively with account managers for successful, timely, project delivery in the northeast (and beyond)
- Collaborate with department managers and environmental staff
- Oversee staff chargeability, project billing and collections, and project profitability
- Possess strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Understand and implement technical requirements to complete client projects by directing and supervising field staff to sample, test and collect data and/or document site activities
- Perform site visits, field observations and field data collection in area of technical expertise
- Perform IAQ inspections and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
- Build material surveys, including collection and laboratory submittal of suspect regulated or toxic materials (i.e. asbestos, lead, UFFI, radon, mold, bacteria, etc.)
- Asbestos and lead inspection/monitoring services
- Travel to various job site locations is required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in occupational safety/health and/or environmental management in general industry and construction sectors
- Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering discipline or equivalency preferred
- Massachusetts Asbestos Monitor and Inspector License to be achieved within 30 days of hire
- And Other asbestos-related certifications for some or all of New England (NH/CT/VT/ME/RI)

- The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location
