Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for AS400-based applications
- Perform incident analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution
- Handle bug fixes, minor enhancements, and code deployments
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system performance
- Support data corrections and production troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Business, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
- Follow change management and release processes
- Handle on-call support and critical production issues
- Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and support runbooks
- Participate in continuous improvement and system stability initiatives
