Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Partner (Hybrid)
About the role
The AI Business Partner will architect and execute Profisee’s enterprise-wide AI and data strategy, focusing on intra-department and cross-departmental data optimization and scalable AI enablement. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role operates out of Profisee's headquarters in Alpharetta, GA on a hybrid basis.

Performance Objectives
Within your first 30 days:
- Develop enterprise-level understanding of AI readiness.
- Conduct structured listening sessions with key leaders.
- Map the current enterprise data ecosystem.
- Identify potential AI Champions.
- Evaluate existing security, data governance, and management policies.
- Prepare forward-looking recommendations for responsible, secure, and compliant AI implementation.
Within your first 60 days:
- Target quick and substantial Data and AI wins.
- Assess data quality, accessibility, integration gaps, governance standards, and overall AI readiness.
- Present a next 30/60/120-Day AI Opportunity Brief to the Executive Leadership Team.
Within your first 6 months:
- Design the AI operating model and data integration strategy.
- Partner with various departments to move from concept to implemented solutions.
- Create a centralized, structured repository of customer proof points.
- Define and track measurable AI impact metrics.
- Promote and celebrate implemented AI successes.
