Art Therapist - PRN

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic programming to improve the emotional functioning and coping needs of patients.
• Develops, implements and evaluates art therapy programming in a variety of settings.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to support the socioemotional needs of patients.
• Coordinates work schedule and assignments with unit and Child Life Staff.
• Affirms and reassesses the patients' condition and response to treatment, then records and reports patient progress.
• Supervises Art Therapy interns, practicum students and volunteers as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree in Art Therapy Counseling.
• Experience: No Experience Required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Art Therapy Registration (ATR-BCLic), Professional Counselor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisor Experience: 2-5 years.
• Experience: 2-5 years preferred.
