Art of Feel - Samsung

About the role

We built an Android application for the Samsung ArtOfFeel campaign, designed to transform Samsung S6 devices into tools for art lovers. The project involved creating an interactive gallery experience where users could engage with art pieces and receive a customized generated art piece based on their preferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Android application running on Samsung S6 devices, utilizing NFC and iBeacons to detect user location within galleries.
• Present users with contextual information about specific art pieces they are interested in.
• Capture and store user feedback on each art piece in a backend system to generate a custom art piece at the end of their visit.
• Build and maintain a robust backend system to support application functionality.
• Develop a CMS for updating art pieces and NFC-related information.
• Integrate an analytics system to gather insights on application usage during the event.
