Art Gallery Manager& Curator
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have description (About the role) content: description paragraph about Living Resources and role. We have responsibilities list: many bullet-like sentences. We have Requirements: list of requirements. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: maybe combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We have Benefits and Salary Description (Pay). No schedule info. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications/Skills), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits, Pay. We need to avoid duplicate or thin sections. We have Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s degree – preference for studies in Human Services/Art/Business; Strong artistic background with proven record of art instruction and production; Knowledge of the art community; Background in working with people with IDD/TBI population or related experience. That's both qualifications and skills. Could split into Qualifications and Skills sections. But we can combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section titled "Qualifications & Skills". However they gave examples of separate headings. But we can decide to combine to avoid thin sections. However we need to follow instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to use all. We can choose to include Qualifications and Skills separate if content sufficient. Let's see content: Preferred Qualifications/Skills includes both qualification (degree) and skills (artistic background, knowledge, experience). Could split: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree – preference for studies in Human Services/Art/Background in working with people with IDD/TBI population or related experience. Skills: Strong artistic background with proven record of art instruction and production; Knowledge of the art community. That seems reasonable.
We also have Requirements list: One year’s experience in management; Excellent communication skills (written, verbal); Background in all aspects of art, including; art instruction, printing, matting, and framing; Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Strong project management skills; Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation required; Ability to interact with community leaders and gallery directors to help coordinate art shows and events whilst including Living Resources in overall community involvement.
We have Benefits: Paid Training, Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, Payment in Lieu of Health Insurance, Tuition Assistance, Retirement Programs; opportunities to advance within agency.
Pay: Salary Description $30/hr.
No schedule.
Now we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't lose any detail.
