About the role
The Art Director will lead the visual identity and design direction for all marketing campaigns within the Marketing – Brand department. This role requires a deep understanding of brand strategy, creative vision, and the ability to translate these into compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cohesive visual identities across all marketing channels
- Create and oversee the execution of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and marketing objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding
- Manage a team of designers and provide mentorship and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an art director or similar role
- Proven track record of creating impactful and innovative designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of web design principles and responsive design
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
