About the role
As an Art Director at Skydance Animation, you will lead the creative direction and design of animated projects. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Production team to develop visual styles, oversee concept art, and ensure consistency across all assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and design of animated projects
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Production team to develop visual styles

- Work closely with the Production team to manage timelines and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in animation, game design, or related fields
- Proven track record of creating compelling visual concepts and designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of artistic styles and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
- Experience with character design, environment design, and concept art
- Understanding of animation principles and storytelling techniques
- Knowledge of industry-standard workflows and processes
