We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Overview paragraph describing role. Could treat as "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Overview paragraph describing role. Could treat as "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" heading for overview. Then Responsibilities as list. Qualifications as list. Benefits as list (they gave many). Pay: they gave compensation range, so include Pay section with that range. Schedule: they gave hybrid schedule requiring 4 days/week on average in office. So include Schedule section. Also maybe Skills? Not separate; qualifications cover skills. We'll not create Skills unless explicit. We'll include About the role (overview). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Benefits (list). Pay (p). Schedule (p). Ensure we don't repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Please include resume with portfolio link***" (application instruction). Remove "Additional Information" heading? We'll incorporate benefits under Benefits section. Remove "The Power of One starts with our people!" etc but keep benefits details. Remove EEO paragraphs. Remove compensation range note about modifications etc but keep the range. Keep schedule note. Ensure we preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content:
Company Description: paragraph about Razorfish. Could be considered "About the company" but not required. Might be optional; but we could include as part of About the role? Probably not needed; but we can include as a paragraph under About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. The company description is substantive. Could we make a section "About the company"? Not in the list of allowed headings but we could still use for any heading? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect only those headings. Safer to stick to those. So we may omit company description or incorporate into About the role? The About the role could include company description as context. But the overview already describes role. We could add a brief paragraph about company under About the role. That's okay.
Overview paragraph: "We are seeking an Art Director to develop visually compelling, strategically grounded creative work for a large, high-profile energy client. This role will support integrated brand and marketing communications across web, digital, social, video, events, print, digital signage, and always-on content. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker and hands-on visual storyteller with strong executional craft, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly across multiple channels and creative formats. Please note: This is a hybrid schedule requiring of 4 days/week on average in office. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations."
We need to remove the accommodation sentence? It's part of overview but it's about interview process; maybe considered application instruction? It's not a boilerplate but it's about interview process. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: remove application instructions. This sentence is about interview process, not exactly application instruction but could be considered part of process. Safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The sentence about recruiter discussing specifics is not exactly application instruction but could be considered part of process. I'd keep it? Might be safer to keep as it's substantive about schedule? Actually schedule already mentioned. The accommodation part is about reasonable accommodations; that's EEO-related. Might be considered EEO boilerplate. I'd remove that sentence.

This role will support integrated brand and marketing communications across web, digital, social, video, events, print, digital signage, and always-on content.
