As we expand, we are seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to support our people operations and ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization.

Key Areas of Accountability

• Brand Systems & Visual Standards (Primary Ownership)

• AI-Assisted Design Workflows (Core Requirement)

• Web & CRO Design Systems

• Lifecycle & Email Systems

• Paid & Organic Design Support

• Photoshoots & Content Capture Support

• Packaging & Physical Product (Execution + Systems)

• Workflow & Team Contribution

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in design or art direction within DTC, beauty, health, or consumer products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, packaging, and performance-adjacent work
• Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
• Understanding of how design impacts conversion and customer trust
• Health, Beauty, or CPG experience is strongly preferred
