At SharkNinja, we don't just launch campaigns; we build the future of consumer engagement. We are looking for an ambitious, highly conceptual, and hands-on Art Director to bring our category-disrupting products to life.
Operating out of our global headquarters in Needham, MA, this role is built for a visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of high-end craft and rapid, performance-driven execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop Multi-Channel Concepts: Ideate and execute groundbreaking visual concepts that scale seamlessly across TV/Broadcast, OTT, Digital/DTC, Amazon, Paid Social (TikTok, Meta), Retail, and Experiential marketing.
- Lead Creative Production: Step behind the camera as the leading creative voice on photo and video shoots. Partner with directors, photographers, and production teams to ensure final assets match the original strategic intent.
- Champion an AI-Native Workflow: Actively integrate Figma, AI generation tools, and emerging platforms into your daily concepting and layout phases to explore a broader range of visual directions at lightning speed.
- Maintain Visual Excellence: Ensure absolute visual consistency, exceptional typography, and premium aesthetic execution across all touchpoints for your assigned brand portfolio.
- Pitch & Present Ideas: Clearly articulate visual strategy and present creative concepts confidently to brand partners and executive leadership, translating business objectives into striking visual solutions.
- Collaborate and Mentor: Work hand-in-hand with copywriters and designers, fostering a culture of high ownership, rapid iteration, and continuous creative growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Art Direction Experience: Proven experience within a fast-moving creative agency or a high-velocity in-house creative department (experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or tech brands is highly preferred).
- A Dynamic, Multi-Platform Portfolio: Showcases elite design fundamentals, strong storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of broadcast/video, mobile-first social content, digital commerce, and print/packaging.
- Production-Tested: Proven experience art directing commercial video shoots and product photography, with a strong understanding of lighting, styling, and post-production workflows.
- Fluency in Modern Design Tools: Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. A strong curiosity and willingness to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate the concepting process.
- Thrives on Velocity: Highly adaptable, eager to test new ideas, and energized by tight deadlines. You excel at maintaining a high bar for creative craft while matching the relentless pace of a global product company.

- Salary Range: $81,900—$130,000 USD
