About the role

As an Art Director at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual identity and aesthetic direction of all marketing materials, campaigns, and products. You will work closely with the creative team to develop and implement design concepts that align with brand strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and execution of visual designs for marketing materials, campaigns, and products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and business goals
• Develop and maintain consistent visual brand guidelines across all platforms
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and make presentations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of digital design tools and techniques
• Understanding of print and digital media production processes

Pay
