About the role
FOX One is seeking an Art Director to lead the visual execution of our direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, paid media, in-app experiences, out-of-home, and brand touchpoints. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role combines hands-on creative leadership with direct people management, overseeing the day-to-day execution of creative work while developing a team of designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day art direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through final delivery.
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate campaign strategies into compelling visual concepts that support marketing and business goals.
- Manage, coach, and develop designers through ongoing feedback, performance conversations, and professional development.
- Review creative work to ensure quality, consistency, brand alignment, and production readiness across all deliverables.
- Help prioritize team assignments, balance workloads, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high creative standard.
- Develop and maintain design systems, creative templates, asset libraries, and brand guidelines that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, Content, and external partners to execute cohesive consumer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and production processes within the team.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across streaming, sports, entertainment, and digital marketing.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing creative culture through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and creative leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or integrated marketing within streaming, entertainment, sports, media, technology, or consumer brands.
- Experience managing or formally leading creative talent in a collaborative environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to balance hands-on creative work with team leadership and project management.
- Expertise in brand systems, typography, layout, digital design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience building scalable design systems, creative templates, and production workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 days per week regular, on-site attendance at the workplace is an essential function of the position.
Nice to have, but not a dealbreaker
- Experience working on direct-to-consumer subscription products or consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience within streaming, entertainment, sports, or media organizations.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, AI-assisted creative tools, or emerging creative technologies.
- Experience collaborating with agencies or freelance creative partners.
- Passion for streaming, sports, entertainment, and consumer-first digital experiences.
