Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the development of compelling exhibit, experiential, and virtual engagement programs. The role is ideal for a hands-on creative leader who can concept, design, execute, and oversee projects through final production while maintaining exceptional brand standards and visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for client-facing exhibit, trade show, experiential, and marketing projects.
• Design and produce 2D graphics, branded environments, presentations, and virtual experiences.
• Serve as the creative lead and brand steward for assigned accounts.
• Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout fabrication and final delivery.
• Partner with account, project management, and production teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Present concepts and creative solutions to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of graphic design, creative development, and art direction experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through production and installation/delivery.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Experience balancing creative excellence with business objectives and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
• Trade show, experiential marketing, or exhibit design experience.
• Experience designing for custom exhibits, branded environments, events, or physical experiences.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry preferred.
