About the role

As an Art Director in St. Louis, MO, you'll contribute to the success of renowned brands while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Production: Oversee creative execution from pre-production through post-production (in-house and external partners)
• Drive 360° Campaign Excellence: Partner closely with the Associate Creative Director and Brand Marketing Manager to execute integrated campaigns
• Create Performance-Minded Work: Lead concepting for paid media deliverables with a strong understanding of engagement and conversion best practices
• Lead & Execute: Step in to execute hands-on design work as needed while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research competitive brands and evolving digital trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or digitally focused brand environment
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Experience on set/in-studio environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Figma/Sketch, and project management tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and digital design (Print experience preferred)

Pay
