ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist

Job Summary

Physicians Care is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join their team in Hixson, TN. This position performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, and assists with patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly greets patients and communicates wait times
• Provides solutions to patient problems and recognizes emergencies
• Absorbs patient vital signs, weight, and medical history
• Aids in patient transfers and procedures
• Completes documentation and maintains equipment
• Maintains diagnostic imaging knowledge and certifications

Schedule

Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• AR State X-Ray License
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
