ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist
Job Summary
Physicians Care is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join their team in East Ridge, TN. This position performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, and assists with patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly greets patients and communicates wait times
- Provides solutions to patient problems and recognizes emergencies
- Absorbs front desk tasks such as check-in/check-out
- Documents patient vital signs, history, and allergies
- Aids in patient transfers and procedures
- Completes required documentation and follows quality control procedures
- Maintains equipment and reports malfunctions
- Assumes responsibility for continuing education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
