The Arriba Abajo Host is responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. They provide table accommodations and offer menu recommendations, influencing the overall restaurant experience.

• Provide table accommodations and offer menu recommendations

Requirements

• A friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Previous customer service experience required
• Ability to multi-task (phone, computer, iPad, simultaneous and regularly)
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• A desire to exceed guest expectations
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
• Flexible schedule - willing and able to work day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
