We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes salary range, benefits, position objective, essential functions (with percentages), nonessential functions, contacts, supervisory responsibility, qualifications, required skills, working conditions. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to map content to these headings. We have salary range: $58,000-$66,672. So we can have Pay section. Benefits: "Employees receive more than just a paycheck. University employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes excellent healthcare, retirement plans, tuition assistance, paid time off, and a winter recess." So Benefits section. Schedule: "General office environment. This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangement up to two remote days per week at the discretion of the department." That's schedule info. So Schedule section. About the role: Could be position objective and overview. Could use "About the role" heading. Responsibilities: essential functions (with percentages) and maybe nonessential functions. Requirements: qualifications (education/experience) maybe. Skills: required skills. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove contact info? The contacts section maybe not needed as a heading; but we could include under Responsibilities? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Contacts maybe minor metadata; we could drop or include in a short

. Probably drop. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

Working with a high degree of independence, provide overall administrative management and coordination of a variety of business related functions, finance, budget, and grant administration for various departments within the School of Medicine. The Manager for Funded Projects will be assigned a research portfolio made up of multiple grants and contracts, based in multiple clinical research departments with annual expenditures between $4.5m and $5.5m. These assignments will change as needed based on changes in funding levels, staffing needs and other dynamics. The manager for funded projects is expected to function as the financial and business manager across their assigned portfolio and working with directly with faculty and staff as it relates to grant submissions, financial reporting, tracking of expenses, determining optimal staffing levels based on available resources, and ensuring compliance with post award management for multiple NIH institutes, other federal and state agencies, industrial and non-profit funding agencies. Then Responsibilities: essential functions list with percentages. Use
  • . We need to preserve percentages maybe within li text. Essential Functions list: bullet points with percentages. We'll include each bullet as li. Nonessential Functions maybe also under Responsibilities or separate? Could include as part of Responsibilities but maybe separate heading? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine essential and nonessential under Responsibilities. We'll list essential functions bullets, then nonessential functions bullets. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 7 or more years of related experience. Operational finance management and grant management experience preferred. We'll put under Requirements heading. Skills: Required Skills list. We'll put under Skills heading. Benefits: as described. Pay: salary range. Schedule: hybrid work arrangement. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. The posting had duplicated line: "Provide multi-institution, complex proposal development for collaborative research, industry, and clinical-trials grants and contracts." appears twice. We need to preserve all substantive info but not duplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't explicitly say to remove duplicates, but later: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate that line. Also there is duplicated line: "Provide background research to emphasize the connection between the research needs statement and the interests of the funder." appears twice as well. Remove duplicate. Also "Provide multi-institution, complex proposal development for collaborative research, industry, and clinical-trials grants and contracts." appears twice; keep one. Also "Provide background research to emphasize the connection between the research needs statement and the interests of the funder." appears twice; keep one.
