About the role
MercyOne Sheffield Family Medicine is seeking a part-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a busy practice with instant volume. This is a traditional outpatient family medicine position located 20 miles from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital named a Top 100 Hospital nationally.
Requirements
- Board certified as an ARNP or PA
- Able to obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA
- Able to obtain MercyOne North Iowa medical staff privileges
Schedule
- Part-time (0.4 FTE) – 2 days per week
- Day Shift

Sheffield, Iowa (population ~1,000) is located 2 hours from Minneapolis and Des Moines. Community amenities include a public library, city park, swimming pool, walking and biking trail, campground, and a new day care facility "Bin Town Child Care."
