Position Highlights

  • 60 Physicians and 50 APPs fully integrated across 30 practice sites
  • Outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days
  • Office hours are Monday–Friday. Specific hours vary by practice
  • Imbedded urgent care clinics providing care 7 days/week
  • Multiple locations to best connect physicians and communities
  • Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology

Pay

  • Pay Range $51.05 - $76.60
