Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality patient care and client relationships
- Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinarians and support staff
- Practice Fear Free techniques to ensure a positive experience for pets and owners
- Mentor new graduates and support staff through ongoing education and training
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Maryland
- Experience in small animal medicine and surgery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients
- Willing to learn and adapt to evolving veterinary practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- Full-time, experienced veterinarian base salary: $120-150k
- Monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $180k
- Equity opportunity available starting early 2025
