• Medical Leadership: Dr. C. Kollen Nellett, DVM, a graduate of the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and former U.S. Army veterinary intern at Fort Bragg. Dr. Nellett is a Certified Veterinary Mentor, having completed extensive training in leading with empathy and practicing open, transparent communication. She is deeply invested in mentoring new graduates and early-career veterinarians, creating a psychologically safe environment where doctors can build confidence, grow clinically, and thrive as a team.
• Hospital Manager: Jessica, who brings over a decade of veterinary industry experience. Her steady leadership and operational expertise help ensure the hospital runs smoothly, allowing veterinarians to focus on excellent patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $120,000–$140,000+ annually for a 40-hour work week, based on experience, skill set, and practice fit.
