About the role

As an Armed Security Officer Vehicle Patrol in Magna, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service at a dynamic aerospace and defense location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, parking locations, and controlled-access points to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and armed post requirements.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as assigned, maintain accurate activity reports, and promptly communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Operate within established post orders, applicable laws, and company policies while maintaining a professional presence in varying environments.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.

Pay

$26.35 / hour

Schedule

• Friday: 05:45 PM - 05:45 AM
• Saturday: 05:45 PM - 05:45 AM
• Sunday: 05:45 PM - 05:45 AM
