About the role
OPS Security Group is seeking a vigilant and proactive security officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence at the site
- Monitor entrances and check IDs when required
- Conduct walking patrols of the facility
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Respond to incidents and security concerns
- Write basic incident and activity reports
- Provide professional and respectful customer service
- Aid in maintaining safety procedures and site policies
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous armed security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
