Schedule & Pay

• Position Type: Part Time
• Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
• Job Schedule: Day Time, Saturday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and requesting additional assistance when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Carry authorized firearm and related equipment in accordance with post orders, Allied Universal standards, and applicable laws, while maintaining professional readiness for assigned duties.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate clearly with store leadership, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
