What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, theft-related concerns, disturbances, and unauthorized access, helping to deter incidents through a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
