Armed Security Officer Patrol Assessment

About the role

As an Armed Security Officer Patrol Assessment in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, observe visitor and contractor activity, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions in required reports.
• Maintain required armed post qualifications and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$22.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Part Time
• Day shifts: Saturday 04:30 PM - 01:00 AM, Sunday 04:30 PM - 01:00 AM
