As a Security Officer Patrol Assessment in Jackson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support site operations through teamwork, reliability, integrity, and a caring, people‑first approach.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and document relevant observations in daily activity reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance concerns that may affect site operations.
• Build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using the Claim a Shift platform.
