Pay Rate
$42.24 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and assigned security-related duties at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior.
- Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, verifying credentials, observing for suspicious activity, and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders.
- Support emergency response activities and operational continuity by following post instructions, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and preparing accurate incident and activity reports.
Minimum Requirements
- A Concealed Carry Weapons Permit is required.
- An Armed Guard Card/License is required.
- A Corrections Officer License is required.
- A Law Enforcement Officer License is required.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing Requirements
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
