Pay

Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour.

Schedule

Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment. The anchor shift is Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Through the Claim‑A‑Shift program you may pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites, ranging from part‑time to up to 40 hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the financial institution location, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of activity at entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
