As a Armed Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Cleburne, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable procedures for an armed post.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations, and promptly report observations to site leadership and appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation while supporting a professional retail environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeWed05:30 PM - 11:30 PM, with the flexibility to pick-up additional shifts.

This role requires a six (6) month commitment to a fixed-shift, with the option to earn more by picking-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.
