About the role

As a Armed Security Officer - Bank Mobile Rover Overnight in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions in accordance with site protocols, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support branch and operations staff during opening, closing, cash movement escorts, and other assigned post duties in alignment with armed post instructions and location requirements.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Must have 1+ year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card and/or license is required.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
