Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the economic self-sufficiency of the Seneca Nation through strategic business ventures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, businesses, and communities.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance and sustainability of our portfolio of businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, business development, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of federal government contracting processes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
