About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our Aria Lounge team at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel. The Aria Lounge is a contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Use the operating system MICROS to take and serve guest orders
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Handle heavy trays weighing up to 30 lbs
• Be a team player and a night owl
• Relentlessly reliable, capable of working up to 10-12 hour shifts
• Make guests feel special during busy nights
• Effectively prioritize tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team player and reliable
