Required
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in absence management, productivity consulting, or related fields
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies
- Strong expertise in absence and productivity solutions, including regulatory compliance and industry best practices
- Experience managing RFP processes and developing winning proposals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
