Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role within the Store Leadership team, overseeing a specific area of the store and managing general operations and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment by understanding and practicing safety protocols, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure customer safety by preventing accidents, reporting incidents, and following emergency procedures.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure a clean work area.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Support the Company brand and maintain a professional appearance.
• Manage front-end operations, train associates, and ensure adherence to Company standards.
• Supervise fitting rooms and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications and Special Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
