Area Supervisor - (02406)
About the role
We are looking for future area managers to oversee all aspects of the store in a full-time, salaried position. You will be accountable for everything that happens within your designated stores (3 to 6 different locations), including people, operations, sales, and profits. This role requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.
If you have multi-unit restaurant experience, we would like to put that to use. We have a promote-from-within mentality and ensure you work and understand every position you will lead. Your experience will help you quickly grasp all roles and set you up for success as a leader in our company.
You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will lead by example, as your team will follow every action you take.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of 3 to 6 store locations, including operations, sales, and profitability.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
- Lead by example and enforce policy compliance for all crew members.
- Manage people, operations, and financial performance across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude and high energy.
- 2+ years of multi-management experience.
- Prior experience in Domino’s OR multi-unit store management.
- 18+ years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook/Email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must reside near the store location.
Pay
$70K - $100K annually (salaried position).
