About the role

Weil Foot & Ankle (WFA) has been a leader in foot and ankle care since 1965. With a focus on patient-centered care and continuous growth, WFA now operates in four states. This role supports clinical and administrative operations across multiple practice locations in the northern Chicago region.

Responsibilities

  • Support a geographically dispersed team across several practice sites.
  • Travel regularly to assigned locations as needed.
  • Deliver go-live integration support for new physicians and practice locations.
  • Aid in onboarding and on-site training of new and existing staff.
  • Maintain process improvements, protocol implementation, and daily operations.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a patient-first mindset.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Continuing education preferred
  • Certified Medical Assistant certificate preferred
  • Excellent organization abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creative and persistent problem solver
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Client/service oriented (internal and external)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to complete projects independently within established timeframes
  • Advanced understanding/knowledge of computer data entry, Microsoft Excel, and ability to navigate through any business-related software
  • Proficient typing skills

Schedule

This role includes practice operations Monday through Saturday, including up to an average of two Saturdays a month.

Travel

Local travel is required to locations within your assigned geographic region. This role is eligible for mileage reimbursement as well.
