Area Specialist I

About the role

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC is a contract manufacturer of sterile injectable vials, lyophilized products, and allergenic extracts. The Allergy business is a worldwide leader in the manufacture of allergenic extracts, targeting allergies and asthma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel to achieve the desired production schedule
• Work closely with peer training specialists to ensure compliance with cGMPs prior to assigning personnel to areas
• Act as the line SME, providing in-depth knowledge of area SOPs to guide personnel throughout the production day
• Analyze manufacturing processes and technologies to identify improvements, optimize operations, meet regulations, reduce waste, increase capacity, and develop/implement methods to increase output while adhering to cGMPs

Requirements

• Area Specialist I: 5 to 25 team members, 50% of production day in manufacturing areas, effective leadership, fluency in SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire, and annual high performance ratings
• Area Specialist II: 2 years in role, drives production, exceeds turn around targets and training metrics, SME in SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire, and annual high performance ratings
• Sr. Area Specialist: 5 years in role, drives production, exceeds turn around targets and training metrics, SME in SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl, ComplianceWire, and annual high performance ratings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Lean principle certifications (6 Sigma or otherwise), OSHA 10 certification
• Manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• SAP experience
• Trackwise and MasterControl experience
• Respirator Clearance Required

• Hiring Wage: Area Specialist I: 38/hr., Area Specialist II: $41/hr., Sr. Area Specialist: $44/hr.

Pay

• Area Specialist I: 38/hr. depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion, and annual raises
• Midpoint and above is reserved for employees with longevity and outstanding performance
• Area Specialist II: $41/hr. depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion, and annual raises
• Midpoint and above is reserved for employees with longevity and outstanding performance
• Sr. Area Specialist: $44/hr. depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion, and annual raises
• Midpoint and above is reserved for employees with longevity and outstanding performance

Schedule

• Weekend Nights, Friday - Sunday, E/O Thursday, 6pm-6am
