About the role

The Area Service Representative (ASR) is responsible for delivering products and providing service to established retail accounts. This role involves overnight travel, typically one night per week, and includes tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and servicing rental machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect, clean, and service rental machines as needed.
• Implement new and improved processes and procedures as necessary.
• Project the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor while providing friendly, customer-friendly service.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manually push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in various climates, including hot and cold conditions.
