About the role
The Area Service Representative (ASR) plays a crucial role in delivering products and services to established retail accounts. This position involves ensuring rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple locations. The ASR also inspects, cleans, and services rental machines as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple retail locations.
- Inspect, clean, and service rental machines as needed.
- Implement new and improved processes and procedures as required.
- Project the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor while providing customer-friendly service.
- Work independently and manage productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold).
- Ability to drive for consecutive hours in a day.
