About the role

The Area Service Representative (ASR) plays a crucial role in delivering products and services to established retail accounts. This position involves ensuring rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple locations. The ASR also inspects, cleans, and services rental machines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental displays are clean, stocked, and well-maintained at multiple retail locations.
• Inspect, clean, and service rental machines as needed.
• Implement new and improved processes and procedures as required.
• Project the confidence and safety of Rug Doctor while providing customer-friendly service.
• Work independently and manage productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold).
• Ability to drive for consecutive hours in a day.
