About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader with previous experience leading a regional field service team. Under the direction of the Director of Service, this individual will direct and manage the activities of all field engineering representatives within a designated service area, including Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa. The role provides appropriate service support to customers and internal departments of Werfen.
Responsibilities
- Develops plans, programs, budgets, and operating procedures for the assigned service area.
- Provides customers with prompt and effective installation, maintenance, and service support.
- Manages efficient scheduling and allocation of human and capital resources.
- Selects, hires, develops, and evaluates field service representatives within the area.
- Administers capital revenue and expense budgets incurred by subordinates.
- Establishes work standards and measurements.
- Monitors the technical reporting system.
- Performs other duties as required by the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related technical discipline, or business.
- Eight years of customer service experience, including five years in a managerial capacity.
- International mobility is not required.
- Travel requirements: 75% of the time.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Individual compensation will depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and business needs.
