About the role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive business growth and strengthen Firefly’s presence in the U.S. and Canadian markets. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and delivering customized fire prevention and protection solutions to our customers. You will work closely with our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales of tailor-made fire prevention and protection systems
- Develop and grow both new and existing customer relationships
- Participate in trade shows, customer meetings and industry events
- Travel approximately 90 days per year
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or a related role
- A genuine technical interest and the ability to understand complex solutions
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
