Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients.
• Work on‑site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory.
• Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
• Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Manage a sales pipeline.
• Regularly plan, coordinate, and execute lead‑generating events and leverage event sales.
• Exercise self‑direction and work independently while building relationships.
• Enjoy training others and communicating product knowledge.
• Demonstrate proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders to provide updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
• Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; keep signage updated.
• Work weekends, holidays, and some evenings as required.

Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Proven relationship‑building skills.
• Current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
